Refund policy

All prices on the website are stated in United Arab Emirates Dirhams (AED) and US Dollars (USD). For customers ordering from outside the UAE, please factor in any currency exchange rate fluctuations.
The UAE value added tax (VAT) at the rate of 5% will be added to all items.
For payment, we accept major credit cards and bank transfers.
Products may be exchanged only within 14 days of the purchase date with the original sales invoice.
For exchange, clients must bring back the complete product, including packaging, related accessories, with the purchase.
Will not accept exchanges has been altered from its original condition in any way.
All bespoke and custom-made orders cannot be exchanged or returned.
Deposit paid for any purchase or special order, including customization is nonrefundable.

We ship worldwide.
All of our jewelry shipments are insured and delivered to you via FedEx or Aramex. Upon order placement and processing, you will be notified by email with your shipping tracking number to trace your package’s delivery at your convenience.
Shipping duration depends on the item(s) ordered. Estimated lead-time can be viewed on the items’ individual pages. Custom orders can take anywhere from 2-4 weeks for delivery.
For all international orders, the customer assumes responsibility for all custom/import charges applicable to their country.

We offer re-sizing of most of our jewelry. Some items are difficult to resize given the intricate designs and overall dimensions of the piece. We encourage you to view our sizing.
